Policies for Returns & Exchange

Orto Sports is committed to providing our valuable buyers with the best products and service level. We understand that the orders should be produced carefully following your instructions and specifications.

However, if your goods are not meeting the expectations due to any circumstances or situations, we support your complaint and directly work on it to figure out the reason and find out the best possible ways to solve the issue.

You can claim the exchange of goods or repair them that you have purchased from us, when:
Goods have a proven genuine fault that you find right after purchase.
Goods are not manufactured to the specifications provided in the order instructions.

You can’t ask for an exchange or refund when:
You change your mind about the design of goods.
You change your mind to no longer keep the goods for any reason.
Another supplier is offering different prices.
You ordered the wrong size, color, or style of the product.

Exchange or Repair must be completed in 15 days.
Any products made with custom design, personalized style, or your logo on it, will not be exchangeable but we can support repair of the product.

Make your claim within 1 week of receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of goods. No physical damage must be done with the goods and they should be as original and unused with original packing.

If the damage is done by a courier or shipping service, we can not take responsibility in that case, and you should contact your concerned support officer of the shipping or courier company. So be careful at the time of receiving your cargo packet. In case you have found damage done in the transit of the goods, you must reach out to the courier and insurance company against the loss done by them.
